Sage and Hare - Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sage & Hare purchase! However, if you are not fully satisfied, here's how we can help:

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (for example, if something arrives damaged), please contact us at Sales@sageandhare.co.uk — we will be happy to help.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Personalised items
Sale items (unless faulty)

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
