Sage and Hare - Shipping Policy

Every Sage & Hare order is carefully hand-packed in our Surrey studio, ready to arrive beautifully presented.

Here is everything you need to know about delivery.

UK Standard Delivery

Standard UK delivery costs £2.95.

Delivery is free on UK orders over £40.

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during particularly busy periods.

UK Express Delivery

If you need your order sooner, UK Express Delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Express orders are prioritised and usually arrive within 1–2 working days following dispatch.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or during weekends and UK bank holidays, will be processed from the next working day.

Please remember that selecting Express Delivery speeds up dispatch and delivery, but cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date.

International Delivery

We currently deliver to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

International orders usually arrive within 7–14 working days following dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, local postal services and customs processing.

We do not currently deliver to Europe.

Delivery Charges

The available delivery options and final charge will be shown at checkout. Charges may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive the tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a little time for the tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties or local taxes.

Unless these charges are shown as included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking the requirements for your destination before ordering.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may take longer because of busy seasonal periods, customs processing, severe weather or delays affecting the delivery provider.

Although these circumstances are outside our control, we will always do our best to help if you are concerned about your order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check the delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@sageandhare.co.uk. We will amend the address wherever possible, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
